Jade Park Angus
Jade Park Angus is run by Andrew, Lisa and their two boys; Sam and Angus. The farm is situated on 1000 acres in Hansonville, at the entrance to the King Valley, in the picturesque North East Victoria.
We have been establishing our herd since 1993, the year of the big flood, based on genetics from Millah Murrah Angus, Comfort Hill, Ardrossan and Blackmores Angus. Since then we have expanded the stud year by year; currently we run a spring calving herd with all stud females AI’d and a strong embryo transfer program each year.
The focus of Jade Park is to breed functional, fertile cattle with a strong emphasis on a natural, docile temperament. We strive for a phenotype with natural thickness and muscle expression while ensuring structural soundness is non-negotiable. Often the focus for genetic selection is solely on the bull, however we aim to breed great females who have a strong pedigree to produce a consistent, reliable line-up of bulls.

We are excited to announce our Australian rights purchase and semen arrival of a New Zealand bull destined to make a phenotypic impact!
V841 was sold in the Autumn 2026 KayJay Bull sale for $40,000 to New Zealand studs, Glengyle Angus and Ratanui angus amongst a strong line-up of bulls who averaged over $20,000 across the sale!
V841 is an expression of pure muscle with a hindquarter that would be hard to match across Australia. Importantly, he stands on impeccable feet and legs to carry such enormous mass - there's no hiding of faults when he's standing on asphalt in the video posted in the comments! And judging by his laid back nature combined with a strong docility focus across the KayJay herd, we are pretty confident in the temperament he will impart.
The pedigree of V841 is no accident, we have watched the impact his sire KayJay Meatpack R410 has had on studs across Aus & NZ already - imparting his characteristic thickness in a stout, well boned frame which holds condition well. Whilst on the maternal side, V841's dam is a lovely deep, wedge shaped cow held in high regard at KayJay with her profile featured on their website.
